Having a close relationship with key suppliers and sub-contractors is viewed as an essential part of our oganisation, and therefore the company has incorporated a number of procedures into its quality management system for the selection and engagement of suppliers and sub-contractors.
The company maintains a database of suppliers and sub-contractors, each of whom are given an approval rating which determines their use and suitabilty.
The selection criteria includes;
All suppliers and sub-contractors arre assessed for their capability to perform beforer being entered onto our approved sub-contractor and supplier database.
Selection of sub-contracctor/supplier for specific projects is after careful consideration by the Contracts Manager with the final selection being based on;
