To ensure that our personnel are kept up-tp-date with the latest practices, and that our on-site procedures are being maintained to the highest standards, Swift Interiors & Facilities Limited employ an external consultant to liaise, update and monitor our own internal Health & Safety procedures.
We utilise quarterly/monthly/weekly checklists to ensure all levels of employees are complying with their health & safety requirements.
Health & Safety files are issued and discussed with the site team at the beginnging of contracts to ensure correct training. Personal Protective Equipment is also made available to ensure appropriate tasks are safely carried out. We actively implement training programmes and initiatives. At the beginning of each calendar year, a programme of essential and non-essential training requirements arre listed and a budget allocated to ensure that our impecable Health & Safety record in maintained.
